Shipping & Returns

Shipping
We offer free domestic ground shipping to addresses in the US. Alternatively, you may choose expedited shipping at a discounted rate, shown at checkout.
We ship same day on orders received before 2pm PST. 

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the products you received, we accept returns at no cost to you.
Please contact mail@understate.com to receive a free return label. 
Carefully place the return label over the original shipping label to avoid any delays in the package getting back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five (5) business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you do not see the credit posted in your account after fourteen (14) days, please contact us at mail@understate.com.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for another color or size, please email mail@understate.com, and we will send you a free return label.
Carefully place the return label over the original shipping label to avoid any delays in the package getting back to us, and we will send you the requested size and/or color at no cost.
In the case that we are out of stock of the requested item, we will process a full refund.
